Shipping rates and costs
Shipping costs will be established once the customer enters their dispatch information and shipping method, among which they can choose to have the shipment made by the companies: UPS, USPS or Store Pickup.

a) Order Preparation

From the moment the customer makes the purchase, we have a total of 5 business days to prepare the purchase for later dispatch, after which time the courier company’s deadline begins to run.



b)Delivery order or package


The maximum time of delay in receiving the merchandise since it has been dispatched will be an average time of 14 business days. If the shipping company chosen by the customer has delays, it exempts us from responsibility since the reasons for delay are beyond our company, therefore it is not the responsibility of MiaShop USA.
